Q: Can i order samples? Are they free of charge ?

A: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers .Sample fees are needed and we will

deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later

Q: What is the payment term ?

A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM?

A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory . Please send your design pictures to us ,then

we talk about it with our professional designers and confirm well with you.

Q: How do you control and keep the quality?

A: We have a professional QC team to trace the production , raw material, produce progressing and package,

all need to been inspect. And we make the pre-production sample for each order to keep the good quanlity.

Q. Could you offer customize service?

A: We are capable of tailor kinds of products according to customers’ requirements. Here we have professional

designers team and could make kinds of new sample.
